There was this telemovie I caught some 3 years back (might be 4), it must have been on SBS (Australian channel). It was either (S)Korean or Japanese, and these two men were on the run, driving a rather beat up car. Three different gangs were after them. Red gang, blue gang, and the last gang was either green or yellow I cannot remember.

It's one of those hilariously silly comedies that doesn't make sense but have you laughing in tears. There was some very very soft porn (naked nubile sweet young things walking around) but nothing fancy. Tho that's not the reason why I'm searching for this.. It's just a damn hilarious movie.

Anyone know anything? I need the title. And I will be eternallty grateful.

hmm...didnt know where else to post this...

i just came back from seeing "crash" (finally, i know), and im still not quite sure what the movie was about.

im not sure, but spoiler alert?

i think the whole race thing is a bit too obvious, especially for a guy like paul haggis, but theres always the idea that labels may make you feel secure, but in reality they do the opposite. then theres the "people change, for better or worse" card. and of course redemption, with the snow (totally ripping off magnolia, might i add). but im leaning toward what graham said in the beginning, about people needing to crash into one another to feel a part of something, that people create conflict just so they feel something other than emptiness (im pushing for this one because of the very end, when theres another car crash).

anyone have any ideas?

There was a movie that had scenes of a man in bowler hats right? I remember a painting surrealism art movement period.. but I cannot remember what movie had it.

Help!! I have been having dreams of the men chasing me.. why I do not know.

Adrien Brody in The Jacket [18 May 2005|12:35pm]

Thinking out loud, did anyone watch that? I'm not a big fan of time travel features (save for Donnie Darko) and decidedly, The Jacket wasn't really extraordinary. But Adrien Brody more than made up for that. He's acting was just stellar.

Kingdom of Heaven with all the she-bangs just sorta not measure up somehow. I think this is what over advertising does. I was so psyched. Then it turned out only mediocre.
